We are excited to serve as the chairs of the inaugural SPSEF fundraising campaign. Our goal is to enhance the SPSEF’s ability to make transformative gifts to support Springdale’s schools, students and teachers.
Since its inception, Springdale Public Schools Education Foundation has kept 100% of each donor dollar in our community. We use local vendors and support local teachers and students.
- SPSEF has distributed $135,000 in 92 classroom innovation grants to 77 different Springdale teachers. At least one grant has been made in each school in the district.
- SPSEF has awarded $105,000 in district-level grants to support literacy and EAST Labs.
- Currently, SPSEF manages 17 scholarship funds. In total, we have granted $150,000 in 100 scholarships to students over the four years of SPSEF’s existence.
We now want to support aspiring high-performing Springdale and Har-Ber high school students to become professional educators and return to Springdale to teach in our schools.
